At Colorado Concierge, luxury home management is more than a service—it’s a craft I’ve been refining my entire life. I come from four generations of home builders, raised in and around job sites where attention to detail was second nature. Some of my earliest memories are of cleaning spec homes for my dad—learning, hands-on, what it takes to prepare a home for someone else’s arrival. That early foundation gave me a deep respect for the value of a home and the trust it takes to let someone else care for it.

As my career evolved, I found myself in roles that demanded precision, creativity, and calm under pressure. Working in the music industry, I coordinated the logistics of national tours—where deadlines were absolute and problem-solving had to be immediate and resourceful. There was no room for “no.” The show had to go on, and I became an expert at making sure it did.

Later, guiding fly fishing trips taught me something different: patience. The river doesn’t rush for anyone, and neither do people. Being a guide taught me how to meet people where they are, communicate with calm clarity, and build trust with every interaction—skills that are just as essential in high-end property management.

I went on to run a cleaning and property management company in Steamboat Springs, where I cultivated long-term relationships with clients who came to rely on me for far more than basic services. I also served as an event coordinator for a nonprofit and worked as managing director for a fast-growing company—both roles where I had to lead, plan, and deliver with integrity.

Every one of these experiences has shaped how I run Colorado Concierge today: with a hands-on approach, a high standard of excellence, and a fierce commitment to making your home feel effortless and truly cared for.
